Applewood Valley GranFondo

The annual Applewood Valley GranFondo is committed to giving back to the sport of cycling. Created in partnership with likeminded organizations, the event is dedicated to promoting healthy living by bringing families and friends together through the sport of cycling and raising funds to support the growth of the sport throughout the community it serves. Throughout its legacy, the event has raised funds for various youth cycling initiatives throughout the province, as well as development teams that have been able to represent Canada abroad.

Giving Back To The Sport

A portion of your registration fee will help support local BC Junior programs, including Cycling BC’s HopOn Program and various other youth programs.

What our riders are saying

Well organized, very fun, and overall great event. Looking Forward to participating again!

Brandon Jones

Great ride. Well supported with some of the best complimentary swag, such as the 1L Growler with a free fill. This all totally made up for the fact that I got a flat about 5km into the ride!

John Barclay

After riding the 2013 and 2014 events, I can say it was fast, fun, friendly, well organized and the route was awesome! Not to mention extra convenient for those of us who live in the area.
